En Ksar Hadada están algunas de las ghorfas mejor conservadas, debido sobre todo al interés turístico que tiene el pueblo... justamente estas se usaron para rodar escenas de La Amenaza Fantasma (Star Wars), y se han rehabilitado para hacer un hotel.
Y diréis... qué carajo son las ghorfas? Pues son, ni más ni menos, una especie de despensas usadas antiguamente por las tribus nómadas. Allí acumulaban sobre todo grano, para consumir durante el año. Y están todas juntas en varias plantas, como las celdas de los panales... cada "vecino" sabía cuál era la suya...
Esta parte ya está rehabilitada.
